5 gA typical transplant

Spread around the bottom and sides of the root ball.

5–10 gLarger root balls

Distribute across a wider root-contact area.

Suggested starting amounts per plant, for compatible species. Choose by root-ball size. Follow your pack if its directions differ. For large trees or commercial planting, ask us for specific guidance.

HOW FAR DOES A PACK GO?

At 5 g per plant:

75 g
15 plants
250 g
50 plants
500 g
100 plants
1 kg
200 plants

Calculated coverage. Smaller doses go further; larger root balls use more.

AT TRANSPLANT.

Start with 5 g for a typical transplant. Use 2–5 g for a small root ball or 5–10 g for a larger one. Sprinkle into the planting hole before setting the plant in.

Place granules in the empty planting hole, where the root ball will sit.

SPRINKLE

Place granules in the empty planting hole, where the root ball will sit.

Lower the root ball into contact with the granules, then backfill.

PLANT

Lower the root ball into contact with the granules, then backfill.

Water the plant in. Continue caring for it as usual.

WATER

Water the plant in. Continue caring for it as usual.

ALREADY PLANTED?

Use the same size-based starting amount per plant. Divide it between several small holes close to active roots; do not add a full plant dose to every hole. Cover and water normally.

Make small holes around the active root zone. Work gently and avoid damaging roots.

MAKE SPACE

Make small holes around the active root zone. Work gently and avoid damaging roots.

Place MegaMyco into the holes, close to living roots.

ADD GRANULES

Place MegaMyco into the holes, close to living roots.

Cover the holes with growing medium and water normally.

COVER + WATER

Cover the holes with growing medium and water normally.

ROOT CONTACT MATTERS.

Place granules where compatible living roots can meet them. Weigh the dose: a teaspoon is a volume measure, and its weight varies with the granules. This is a root-zone application, not a dose to add at every watering.
