How to submit
Send a written complaint by email to hi@megamyco.com, by post to GREENERRA d.o.o., Kućan Ludbreški 57, 42230 Kućan Ludbreški, Croatia, or deliver it at our business premises. Include your name, contact details, the issue and any order reference if relevant.
What happens next
We confirm receipt in writing without delay. We answer in writing within 15 days of receiving the complaint and state whether we accept it. We retain the written complaint record for one year from receipt.
